Work With Me
Healing happens in connection—with ourselves, others, and the world around us. I work with adults and adolescents navigating parenting challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. My clients are ready for change but may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Using mindfulness, somatic techniques, and a person-centered approach, I help uncover how past experiences shape present emotions and behaviors. Together, we’ll break negative cycles, build resilience, and develop tools for lasting growth.
I support families, adults, and teens in creating deeper, healthier connections. I help parents heal their own wounds so they don’t pass them down, fostering a more supportive environment for their children. I also guide adolescents in building confidence and interdependent relationships. Together, we’ll create a path toward healing and meaningful change.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard without judgment. Whatever you're working through, I’ll walk beside you with compassion and support. Hand in hand, we’ll explore your experiences, build resilience, and help you move forward with greater clarity and connection.
